Terrible service/ CANT GET MY MONEY BACK…
I have used cash minute for a couple of years now and there's usually no issues. But my last transfer of £475 to Guinea Bissau (made 5 days ago) needs cancelling and Its been impossible to get through to them. The "contact us Web form" doesn't work so I can't message them and so far I have rang them over 40 times and no one picks up the phone. The transfer is just sat on their system awaiting collection and meanwhile I am unable to pay my rent because of them. I am all for supporting small business but these guys have terrible service. Id be cautious
