This casino has €4900 euros of me while NOT allowed to let me register. Even when I repeatedly asked them via live chat to block me, they didnt. Ofcourse they will hide behind their OWN terms & conditions while violating the law. Even when I mail them, they simply IGNORE all my mails.

I am a problem gambler who is enrolled in cruks (Dutch prevention for problem gambling.) All physical and online Dutch casinos BANNED me and did not allow me entrance. First they tell you that your deposits has to settle and after 5 days stil the same issue they tell you to wait in patience but nothing happens. And they don’t reply on me anymore..

I am trying days, weeks to contact this Casino. I send already more than 10 emails. When i contact with another email they response and then again never say something. The names i know is Lucas and Hans. They essure me that i will receive answer. Till this they nothing. Just watch out people. when there is a problem to recieve your money the ghost you!

Update 25 aug. Till this day no contact. E let someone else email them en they respond in minutes. That person told them why they ignore me. Then they didnot say nothing back. I need there phonenumber. to contact. i will keep investigate this even if i need to contact someone in there country. This is not human

I send them emails from a my other email. Max reply twice with very short answer. When i told him why it takes so long and i am already weeks trying to contact. I heard nothing till this day.
Please people watch out. I will not stop till my problem is solved

Till this day still 0 reply. Not even 1 single mail for am solution how we can fix things. I am making this a case with the autoritisch here. I already receive more than 50 email of people in issues. Please if you have any further information or other contact details or phonenumber contact me! THIS IS SO SAD! Such a 'big' casino that treat people like shht just to keep money in there pocket.
