Cat Tree King UK Avis 

Ordered 6 different times each time it came in a couple of days without any issues.

My order came pretty quickly, all well packed, however I did receive a piece broken, so emailed them and they got back to me as quick as they could and without any problems they sent out a replacement for the part that was broken.

The xxl scratcher I purchased was badly damaged when it arrived. It could not be constructed as 2 parts were broken and the plywood was crumbling. This damage was not caused by the courier. I have sent numerous emails, including the photos, and messaged but have had no response. This is very disappointing considering the cost of the item and the majority of reviews this company gets are good. I would like an exchange or refund but the company will not respond when contacted. Extremely poor customer service.

Bought the xxl panther for our 4 cats - a bengal, a moggy, a ragdoll and a maine coon. They absolutely love it! Such high quality materials for big highly strung cats, our kitties have had hours of fun so far climbing all over and exploring and plenty of room for all 4 to curl up and nap at the same time too! We were kept informed of each stage of our order, dispatch etc too. A brilliant company and excellent products.

Strong components,easy to follow instructions and all made with quality materials! It may be expensive but you're getting a high quality item that will last for years and has a great replacement service if ever needed. So well done for actually living up to what you advertise unlike a lot of companies!! Would highly recommend you to anyone thinking of buying one.

The cat tree is strong, well made, and was easy to put together. They have used the scratching post but it still looks like new. One of them loves the bed, and won't let the other one in it! Very pleased I paid out a bit more for something decent.

The two thirds of the tree that I received looks good quality and arrived in UK quickly.

Unfortunately DPD won't release the third parcel as they claim the address label on it is incomplete. They refused to take confirmation of address from me and insisted that only the retailer could update the address.

I emailed Cat Tree King explaining this and they replied saying that it will arrive eventually! It won't, DPD were very clear that the retailer needs to contact them to provide the full address and it won't move until that happens. I explained this in my email to Cat Tree King.

Frustrating as it seems to take a day for a reply so I can see this dragging on for a while.

Why Cat Tree couldn't have contacted DPD when I explained the issue is a mystery and has really soured the transaction.

In the meantime I have a big pile of platforms but no poles. If your reading this, retailer - get it sorted - CUK15056

UPDATE - after getting absolutely nowhere across multiple emails it took forwarding DPD's explanation email and a phone call to Netherlands before Cat King finally agreed to repost the missing parcel. Finally got it and the tree is great quality. Customer service needs improvement though.
