I put my house up with Cavendish Manley, they where very professional in all the did , my house was up on the internet with in hours of them viewing and sold with in four days . I would use them again as first choice agents .

From initial contact to completion, Richard and his team conducted the sale of my property with utmost professionalism. The team were fully aware of the legal progression of the sale at all times, communicating effectively and efficiently with both my and my purchaser's solicitors, which was a great help to me. We were not selling a house but buying our first house.
We cannot fault little sutton cavendish manley for there service to us, they kept us up to date with all proceedings, any questions asked of them was either answered or we got a call back within the same day.
Would highly recommend to anyone great service.
