Complete Scam – Do Not Order

This company is a scam. They took payment but never delivered the product. Multiple emails went unanswered, with no communication at all. I strongly advise against ordering from this site—you’ll lose your money. Unfortunately, the web is filled with scams like this. Lesson learned. Avoid at all costs.

Scam

Ordered a year ago, arrived on time and very effective product. Fast forward Aug 2023, the product took weeks to arrive. After endless phone calls, emails and messages on their website I had a reply (after stating in my email I had no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank). Weeks after ordering, I received the oil. The oil is not as described and nothing like the original! Called and emailed to ask for a refund as they state 14 day money back guarantee. No reply. Back to square one but £150 worse off. Avoid at all costs!

Had problems with arthritic fingers

Had problems with arthritic fingers. Especially when going hard in the gym. Got some balm and drops from cbd ultra. Which i have been using every day. Really helped with the arthritic fingers with the added bonus of upping my sleep score (measured on my samsung watch)which I already thought was quite good.

Ordered for first time off this company…

Ordered for first time off this company on 5th May. Say dispatch in 2/3 working days. Gave them a week due to bank holidays then tried to contact. At least 60 phone calls and several messages left but never any answer or returned calls. 2 weeks now and nothing so have requested claw back on purchase. Can’t understand how they ever sell anything. My advise is avoid at all costs.

scamming company

My order was weeks late and part of it was broken and the rest was incomplete. They have taken my money but not provided the goods. 3 emails, 2 messenger and several voicemail messages later and no response. SCAM artists who I will be reporting

Total scam

Total scam. Took my money and told me my order was completed. Never received the promised tracking number or my product. Attempted to email them and the email bounces back. I don't think this company is legit and I recommend you avoid it at all costs.

Unethical & Misleading

I purchased 5 bottles of Ultra CBD Gummies for
$199.98 from Ultra Brands. At the time of purchase (1/1/2023), a promise was made in large print of a risk-free guarantee. Here is the statement at purchase... 90 Day Money Back Guarantee

"We are so confident in our products and service that we back it with a 90-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our products, simply return the purchased products in the original container within 90 days of when you received your order. We will refund you 100% of the purchase price - with absolutely no hassle."

The Ultra CBD gummies made me very sick. I returned all 5 bottles in a mo (company received 2/9/2023). 1 bottle was open because I had to open it to try it (used 3 das gummies). The company refund deducted 1 opened bottle ($49.98) and a restocking fee ($20). At my insistence (with a lot of hassle) they returned the restocking fee ($20) but not the price of 1 opened bottle. How could I measure my satisfaction with a product if I do not open 1 bottle? A company supervisor now says via call that the small print at the bottom of the page & their Terms & Conditions state something different than the 100% money back guarantee: instead they state that I will be charged for opened product. If so, that would still be fraudulent by misleading people to buy based on the large print statement read at purchase time vs some obscure statements on their website. Additionally, I do not find any statement about no refund for opened products on any of their web pages or in their Terms and Conditions. (I saved the pages at time of purchase and in clicking their URL now, I see no such statement about no refund 4 opened product.) For me now, this is not about $$$ (though they still fraudulently kept my $49.98), it is about protecting other consumers who might be misled by this company's money back guarantee as stated at the time of purchase.

SCAMMERS. AVOID.

I ordered cbd hemp tea and they emailed me saying ‘sorry were out of stock in the chamomille tea and they offered me for earl grey, black tea ‘ blah blah and i didnt accept it. I asked for a refund and they said send your details from email which is very unprofessional anyways, its been 1 month and i still havent recieved a refund. Do not order from them, they are scammers. You will definitely get scammed.

I placed a order 3 weeks ago after I got recommended cbd ultra from a friend, after a week of not receiving my order I sent e mails insta messages and left voicemails with my number on and my order number… 3 weeks on with numerous messages even when they are posting on insta clearly ignoring me!! Blocked my phone on voicemail,,
Absolutely disgusting especially when I was recommended this company!! Very disappointed

Great product, poor service

I really like the products but will go else where in future due to the poor service.

My first order, I received an email saying that my order was complete. Then another email to say that one item was not in stock. I replied the same day and then.....nothing until 10 days later when I emailed again and was told it was the couriers fault. I received my order (minus the out of stock and plus an extra item as an apology) 2 days later.

My second order, received an email saying my order was complete. Then an email from the courier telling me my order would be delivered 2 days later. Then an email saying one item was not in stock - AGAIN! I replied promptly, then......nothing. I didn't leave it so long this time and contacted them asking when I would receive my order. I am told it will be here within 2 days.

There seems to be a problem with listing out of stock items on the website and then picking up the order again when they have had to contact the customer about the out of stock items.

These are not inexpensive items and CBD Ultra need to do a lot better.

Poor customer service

I placed an order from CBD Ultra and they sent the wrong product. When I informed them of the issue, they told me I had to return what they sent me and that they would send out the correct order only when they received the products. I have no problem with returning the products that they delivered in error, but making the customer bear the brunt of the administrative burden is dismal customer service.

They offered a 20% voucher on my next order as an “apology” which is amusing because the order came with a voucher code for 15% off my next order already. Shows how much they care about inconveniencing their customers.

This was my first order from them and I won’t be bothering in the future.

Quality products that work

So pleased I found this company. Great products that work (with a little time).

I have several health issues and struggle with pain sometimes but with a hectic and stressful work schedule cannot rest up. I have used CBD products for several years and found CBD Ultra’s products to be both genuine and effective (not all CBD is the same).

Great customer service and reasonable price for a quality product. Plus they run promotions.

Can’t recommend enough. Especially their 1000g balm.

After trying quite a few company's with no success. I then found CBD ultra. The results from there products where fantastic. I can not get to work without the CBD oil in the 3g syringe. The delivery is fast and the communication is excellent. They are a family run company and you can ring and talk to them directly with any questions. I would highly recommend this company, just give them a try.
