I've been using CCJK as a freelance video editor for some time now and the quality and service has always been superb.
What stands out are the staff (Ivy, in this case, my AM) who answers all requests promptly and often go above and beyond to get jobs done at short notice (and no deadline ever been missed)

They spam you from different gmail addresses in unintelligible English. Probably a scam.

I am working since 2020 and CCJK is the best company with my experience.

I got good explains when I start your work.

Had the same document translated done by 3 translation agencies as candidate evaluation, Mars Translation aka CCJK had it reviewed by non-Native, asked for a re-check summary but QA manager could not explain any errors. Not to mention this company simply ignores politically sensitive concerns between China and Taiwan, even the G7 Summit statement addressed the issue, Mars Translation put politics before dealing with business. Signature is longer than the content... something's not right.

From the very first email, I was hesitant to reply - I'm not a fan of "cold-call" style marketing. That said, I did reply and I asked for pricing, languages, etc. When my account manager, Suzy Zhang, sent all the details, I was sold. Not only was Suzy quick to respond, the rates are amazing too! My agency has increased translation work by 100% over the last 13 months. If we couldn't rely on Suzy, we wouldn't be at that growth point. As far as partner agencies go, CCJK has been nothing but exceptional! Working at a non-profit restricts my budget - Suzy isn't just able to process work for me, she also ensures the best price! Genuinely - if you are looking for a great partnership, look no further. Hell - if they don't have a language, I imagine they could recruit someone, train them, test them, and translate your project in, like, 2 days...maybe 3? They are THAT GOOD!

Personally, I think Sfera platform still has some disadvantages in editing the subtitle timeline. Some strings still have not placed at the proper time. It would be great if the translator can also edit the original subtitle themselves.
