Setting up new system.
Amjit helped me set up my new domestic 2 PoE camera + DVR ... it involved interrogating and changing network parameters. Amjit helped both by email, phone and finally text! He even offered for me to ring him over the New Year period ... outstanding customer support ! As a result I managed to get the system working ... and didn't need to ring him over the New Year !!

The order had to be placed as two separate orders because of customer requirements for separate brackets. The sales staff processed and despatched items and received next day . The special bracket requirement was ordered late but delivered in 48 hours.
I can only say that I was impressed especially with the knowledgeable lady at the sales desk who was extremely helpful with any requests and discussions re the equipment. Will definitely use this service again. The cameras are brilliant day & night! Many thanks and merry Christmas! Allen - VH Security Ltd.
