Such a great course with a knowledgeable and highly skilled and experienced instructor. Having been self taught in Photoshop and InDesign, I came away from both essentials courses (2 days each) feeling very confident in navigating and using the softwares to their fullest extent.

InDesign Essentials was excellent - practical, well laid out, interactive and enjoyable. The facility was also well set up and a great location in Melbourne CBD. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending City Desktop Training.

The only reservation I have is that I didnt sign up for the two day course! I will be back to do it early in the new year.

The facilities are excellent and staff are very knowledgeable.
A lot of information to learn in two days, but it's great you have the option to do the training again within 6 months.

I have completed a couple of courses with City Desktop Training now and would have no hesitation recommending them to others. Engaging expert trainers and relevant, useful courses and material. Looking forward to my next course.

Fabulous course - amazing instructor; a really good set up. The class sizes are small, the trainers know their stuff, and, although you follow a fairly comprehensive training manual, there is scope to ask questions, discuss unique issues and get some general tips and tricks as well. Well paced, well presented.

And, (if there is space in the class) you can go back and sit a refresher course within 6 months of completing the original course - that is very handy!

Well paced training, great instructors, I have learnt a lot and the opportunity to resit the course is just amazing as that way I could focus on different areas and deepen my knowledge of the programs.
I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I have been to City Desktop Training for In Design Essentials and Illustrator Advanced as a self taught user of both programs. Both times I have left beaming with inspiration and confidence. The recent Adobe Illustrator Advanced course was utterly inspiring. David was positive about my work and ideas, and I was in awe of his skills and enthusiasm. He went at an excellent pace, and explained things clearly. I left being able to create illustrations at a far higher standard, with a more professional finish and with quicker, cleaner workflow. You can get yourself into a nightmare, spiderweb- tangle of paths in Adobe Illustrator; the advanced course shows you how to work smart, sharp and slick. What sets City Desktop apart, is the high quality exercise files and the outstanding level of expertise of the instructors (they are also entertaining). Although you can learn a lot on youtube, as I have, you don't learn in a logical and structured way. You can go down rabbit holes of workflow behaviour that will slow you down, and frustrate you in the long run. You-tube study is blinkered. At City Desktop you get a holistic sense of the software, why things do what they do- not just how to do them. I literally could not recommend City Desktop training more. I love going to City desktop training and will be back soon for Photoshop.

I have completed two courses with City Desktop over the last year, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premier Pro CC. I found the trainers and the material covered absolutely practical. Both times I have left the training with the knowledge and skills to get straight to work in the office and produce quality work. Thank you, I've just booked in for an Indesign course so I'll see you again next month!

Great course - I learnt so much and David was extremely knowledgeable. We learnt a lot at a very quick pace, but David is very attentive to those who need a bit more attention, and adjusts his teaching speed accordingly. Will definitely attend a Photoshop and Illustrator course with David!

I completed InDesign Training with CDT and thought the quality of the training was outstanding. I was also impressed with the venue- immaculate training facilities.

Seriously brilliant courses offered at City Desktop Training! I've done five Adobe courses over the last 18 months and all of them have been well run and well delivered. The content is easy to digest and put into practice. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to further their Adobe skills!

Excellent Photoshop course! Loved my instructor David, he was knowledgable and patient, and I will be going back to do the Illustrator and Indesign course with him too. My new found knowledge will literally save me hours and hours! Thanks City Desktop Training!
