I had an issue with a thyristor which was faulty, Jeremy and the team went out of there way to make sure I had a replacement unit shipped to me in Sweden quickly and without fuss.

I was having trouble getting service for the parts I needed .and when I found CD automation, it was a great relief . never having dealt with a company overseas directly there were issues that needed to be addressed , they had a great handle on what need to be done and got it done in a timely manner .
