Packaged extremely well with bottle specific protective packaging.

A great shop with fast, reliable service. Bottles always arrive well-packaged and secure. Customer service is excellent—they respond quickly to questions, even when the answer is simply “no,” which I still appreciate. There have been a few minor mistakes in past orders, but they’ve always been quick and helpful in resolving them.

I also highly recommend trying their whiskey auction. I’ve picked up some fantastic deals on mid-tier whiskeys that I’m proud to have added to my collection.

The main retail site (celticwhiskeyshop.com) works very well—clean layout, plenty of product information, and easy to navigate. The auction site (celticwhiskeyauction.com) is a bit more complex and stubborn at times. With my background in web development, I found it a little frustrating initially, but manageable once I got used to its quirks.

Overall, I’m very happy with both platforms. If you’re a casual whiskey drinker, you’ll probably enjoy shopping through the main site. If you’re a collector or hunting for something more unique, the auction site can offer excellent value and variety.

Would definitely recommend both.

I have been searching for Dubliner Liquor Whiskey ever since first tasting it many years ago, but to no avail. Then I stumbled on this supplier and shop. When you want anything international do Not touch this amateur company. They’ve zero understanding of customer service. Refuse to respond to repeated emails. Failed badly in getting a bottle to a friend for Christmas and they blame everyone else for their ineptitude. I wanted to buy from an Irish company but it will never be these people. Never seen such disregard for a customer in my life.

Disaster online.

Advertising stock they do not have.
Taking orders for stock they do not have.
Failing to fulfill an order and failing to communicate to the customer.
Staff haven't got a clue nor seem bothered.
All in all a disaster, best avoided.

Jeg blev høfligt notificeret om hvornår min ordre blev afsendt og hvornår den kunne forventes at være fremme.
Eneste minimale irritationsmoment i selve handelsprocessen er, at der går en del timer før man modtager en ordrebekræftelse.

Jeg vil give fem stjerner for hjemmeside og service, men kun to for fragtpriserne, og endte dermed på fire stjerner.
Fragten starter på lidt over 30 euro. Jeg betalte EUR 36,28 for at få sendt tre flasker fra Irland til Danmark: Det er mere end i overkanten.
