Toilet Flushing
Flushing of toilet difficult. Flushing made normal again through a replacement of syphon. Also fitted was a large rubber washer item between cistern and drainage pipe. Whole operation took about 45 minutes.

DNM are usually efficient and prompt…
DNM are usually efficient and prompt in their service. On this occasion, however, a blocked heat exchanger was not detected and DNM had to call Bosch engineer who found this fault quickly. DNM could have saved me the extra cost if they had diagnosed the fault themselves.However I have paid for the work as I am pleased to have the boiler working again.

Thank you for leaving a review. Our engineer was unable to detect the blocked heat exchanger as he was booked in only to re-pressure the boiler, which on this occasion the boiler did not need re-pressuring but presented a fault code indicating that the electrodes were faulty. As our office explained to you prior to the appointment we do not carry out fault finding on Worcester boilers and if this was required we advised using Worcester's 'one off' repair service, where they have their own Bosch engineers who carry all the relevant parts required and are specialized in repairing Worcester Boilers. As this was the case our office advised that we could sort the appointment out with Worcester on your behalf including paying their 'one off' fee of £275.00 and that this cost would be passed onto you, with no additional charge, to which you agreed. This charge was not an extra cost, it was the cost to have your boiler repaired as promptly and efficiently as possible.

Very friendly and helpful, went out of his way to source parts for us, only complaint is he left us with a leaking pipe under the sink which we had to sort out ourselves.
In response to us not making you aware.. That's because it was 4pm the day before you closed down for Christmas for almost 2 weeks, we couldn't wait to fix the leak we were left with, thanks
