I had a very disappointing experience with this skip company. After arranging a collection date, they failed to turn up as agreed and provided little to no communication about the delay. Despite multiple follow-ups on my side, I was met with vague responses and no clear timeline for when the skip would actually be removed.
This caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially as the skip was taking up space and impacting access to the property. Reliability and clear communication are basic expectations for this kind of service, and unfortunately, they fell short on both.
I would not recommend this company if you need a dependable service.

Initially hard to get ahold of but managed to get ahold of after trying several times luckily theyve got a 4 numbers so assuming 4 offices/bases. Managed to book a skip for the next day. Initially waited a good few hours for the skip to come how ever polite pleasant when chasing up how long. Derek the delivery person was an absoloute sweetheart. Took care to put skip on drive. On collection i phoned and booked a collection. Given a upto 3 workin days time frame. I was worried that people are filling up the skip without permission and would be overflowinh and i would be charged But Derek reassured me it happens and he also came within two hours instead of the 3 days. Exceptional service from start to finish oncluding customer contact polite and pleasant throughout process will deffo use again and recommend to others. Also competitive pricing i found them cheaper by £10 and also able to keep as long as needed instead of 2/3/4 weeks from other skip companies

i have rang continuously for over 3 weeks for them to collect the skip, i have been told its escalated and down as urgent collection now prior to that i was told someone would be out within the week. They rang Friday asking if the skip was ready to collect but low and behold no one turned up. the waste in the skip has caused a huge fly infestation and its making me and my children sick. i am absolutely furious with this company and i will never use them again.

if you have any common sense please go else where. I'll be writing an formal complaint to the head of this company and taking it further.

I've been waiting for several weeks for them to pick up the skip keep being told it will happen but still not collected false promises just be honest if there's a problem

Would never use this company again. Delivered first skip on time and agreed to replace with empty one next day. Failed to collect and deliver second skip causing delay in ground work. Promised to replace on the Monday and still didn't turn up.now two days behind and access for digger being blocked by a skip that should have been moved five days ago. They lie to you and cause problems without a care. Very rude and abrupt when challenged on their incompetence.

The skip was delivered earlier than expected no problem there, the problem was getting them to collect the skip when I'd finished with it. It took them the best part of 3 weeks to finally collect it. I had already called them 3 times to come and get it I was about to call a fourth and start charging them rent but I came home from work and they had collected it FINALLY.

Skip delivered late. Ten calls so far to Centro to collect. They lie each time they speak

Booked a skip for same day delivery and collection, it arrived and was collected one time. Very pleasant workforce and happy to give advice on what size of skip was needed.

Totally useless. Took a day off work to do the job, waited all day for a skip that never arrived. Several phone calls to chase it up, constant promises it would arrive. Never did. In the end cancelled delivery as the day had gone and no skip had arrived. Avoid at all costs.

They are frauds. I called several times for skip and I was told it will arrive on time. I had not shifted in the property yet so I went their making 7-8 mile journey from Quinton to erdington but the skip was not there. It happen three times and when on the fourth time the skip arrived it was too small so I asked for a medium size skip and asked them to take the small skip away. I was told I will have to pay 20 pounds extra I said ok. But no skip arrived when I called I was told that I will have to pay full amount of £150.00 for the small skip. I said I haven’t used the skip and had told you that I need medium sized skip and I was told to pay twenty pound extra which I had agreed to pay and now you want me to pay the full amount for the skip which I haven’t even used. Then they said ok we will bring the skip but you will have to pay in advance for the skip plus 20 pounds for small skip I said fine. When the skip arrived I paid the full amount £170.00 in total and when I asked them to take the skip after using the skip, the man on the phone from Centro said pay £170.00 I was shocked I said I had paid you in advance and he said no you haven’t. They are dishonest and fraud. I wish I had asked for receipt when I had paid the money. I still haven’t shifted to that property yet so when I will go I will see if they have taken the skip or not. But my mother is disabled and I’m not well and this is harassment and very stressful for us so be careful when dealing with them

I booked a skip online, and getting no call back I rang the company several times, and eventually got an answer from a guy who said that they were 3-4 days behind on internet bookings (why have the option then?) but they would get me a skip for the following Monday.
I paid cash on delivery, and was assured they would come and collect it as soon as I called to tell them it was full. I told the guy there and then that it would be the following Monday.
Sunday night I called to ensure they knew it was ready for collection the next morning, but had to leave a message, because there was no answer. 3 days later the skip was still there - I tried to call, still no answer, so I left another message. A week later, at this point it was very windy, and rubbish was being blown up and down the road, I rang again and finally got an answer from a guy who apologised and said that mine was at the top of the list, and would be collected the next morning - that was 3 days ago - the skip is still there.....
Today having called AGAIN, I was reassured I was at the top of the list (!) but it is still there....
I'll be calling the competition in future...
