Bought a train ticket via tiket.com and also the insurance in case there is any changes of dates or incidents. The purpose of an insurance is to protect us consumer for unfortunate cancellation or postponement. However they outrightly rejected my claim. I change my travel dates due to medical issues. And they still rejected. Defeat the purpose of buying insurance. So my guess is right. Insurance is nothing but a big fat scam. They make u buy insurance with promises of this and that. When it time to claim, they either ghosted you or rejected your claim.. my advise, DO NOT BUY FROM CERMATI PROTECT. Instead buy an insurance from a more reputable international company.. i regretted buying from Cermati Protect. Big fat scam.

I paid the travel insurance to get a refund for my train tickets, I tried to contact them and they didn’t reply to email or WhatsApp or call so I missed my money

Basically it’s a scam, don’t fall for it

I filed a legitimate claim for a flight delay exceeding two hours, fully backed by official documentation. After a month of waiting, they wrongfully denied my claim under false pretenses, completely disregarding the evidence provided. Their customer service is unresponsive, and they refuse to take responsibility for valid claims. This feels like a scam to avoid paying policyholders.

If you're considering using this company for travel insurance, think twice! They will take your money but won't honor their own policies when you need them. Stay away! 🚨
