Bike arrived in perfect condition in secure cardboard packaging, I especially liked the addition of the tools and bags to keep them in. Will be using again for next bike purchase because of the obvious care they took with assembling and packaging

Great team
Great experience. I recommend calling up and speaking with the knowledgeable staff before ordering your bike. Tell them what you’re looking for and your use.
I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. I’m very pleased I made the decision to speak to one of their team because I would not have chosen the most appropriate bike.
The team were patient, were happy to advise me from start to finish. Even arranged a Saturday delivery at the last minute.
Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Super bike
Hi, my bike is super - the help I had over the phone and by email when had difficulty paying online was superb. The staff were so helpful. Most of the bike was set up on arrival and I only had the peddles and handlebars to do...adjust the seat and off you go.
The only bit that could be improved was the delivery - I had two false alarms of delivery days and dates and finally third time lucky I got my bike...so all is well.
