Ordered the new Callaway Ai duel on Monday night and it’s arrived on Thursday no hassle and a fantastic price after reading the reviews I was sceptical but absolutely nothing to worry about. I would 100% use CG Discount Golf again

Had problem with new Footjoy shoes and contacted Mike who sorted out the issue I had with Footjoy as they wouldn’t help at all when contacted direct .
Got to say CGD where helpful polite and caring with my issue and got the shoes replaced and delivered promptly, spot on service thank you .

Ordered putter Wednesday 1pm arrived 12:30pm next day very pleased with experience will shop again PS delivery was 24 parcelforce

I bought a golfing umbrella from them via Amazon and it brought.
They do not reply to messages and have not dealt with my complaint.

I found an item I wanted on their website- a £200 transaction. But you can’t buy it in the normal E transaction way, they tell you to phone a number. I called during working hours, to a VM message saying no one available, send us an email. I did. 4 days later no reply. Business went to Dormy golf instead who were good. CG discount golf is appalling.

Called to confirm Item was in stock and available for next day - it was,

placed order online 11am . and arrived within 24 hours! couldn't be happier !! highly recomend !

Terrible service from this company, ordered 4 dozen golf balls, mixed batch arrived with 1 dozen being the new model and 3 dozen being the old. Not a huge issue, contacted the company to be told to send a picture of the balls, done so with no response, contacted another 3 times with every time being told someone would be in touch to resolve the issue, 5 weeks later I had to contact again to be told just to send the balls back.Definitely do not recommend and would not use again.

I searched this company AFTER making a purchase of a new Odyssey putter. I must admit, I thought I had made a mistake from what I read. However, ordered Thursday expected was 3-5 working days….it arrived Monday, all good. £11 cheaper then I saw anywhere else. No complaints at all. Maybe there can be issues if they don’t have it in stock, but in my case….all was perfect and smooth.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Can’t speak to any one on the phone and no one bothers to respond to emails. I would be very careful when thinking about using this company.

Do not bother buying from here!
Ring twice and they blatantly lie about delivery dates. The clubs had not even been sent. Too ages to get in contact with them, they pretty much never answer phone or answer emails. Thankfully I use credit cards when purchasing items online for added protection! I had to report to my card company to get a refund. They are dealing with it now.

Conn men and I will be reporting to trading standards and money laundering company too.

I ordered a Motocaddy Cube via their eBay store on the 12th March, with expected delivery for the 14th. Having not had an update on the tracking by the Monday following, I called and was advised that the item wasn't in stock and was expected to be within a few days.
Not a huge problem, things like this happen and it isn't something I was in a rush for.

Forward on to today, 20th March. I've received a Motocaddy QB2 travel cover that appears by the amount of dirt inside it to be a return/used item, let alone incorrect.

Having spoken to a member of the team on the phone and being assured I'd receive a call back today to remedy the situation, I have followed up my call yet again having not been contacted to be told the relevant team are no longer in the office today and will "probably" contact me on Monday when they're back in the office.

No accountability, not really any consideration given to the issue or even an apology while I wait for yet another delay to resolve the issue.

Placed order. Never heard from them. Chased repeatedly but no reply. Will have to contact credit card company. Avoid.

24 days I waited for a PING Trolley Bag, and they know full well they don't hold the stock they have on the website.

I'm leaving this review so other golf enthusiasts don't make the mistake I did......Buy From Elsewhere
