Stayed in panoramique at end of January…

Stayed in panoramique at end of January 2026. And it’s the 3rd time staying in this Chalet. It’s just great.

Seth the chef put up with an array of dietary requirements and the food was fantastic

Lexi and the the rest of the staff kept the chalet tidy every day and supply of cakes every afternoon.

Will keep going back to this company and recommend it as it works well and the staff are all wonderful and make it a wonderful week.

Highly recommend this wonderful week

My first experience in a catered/serviced chalet and I was absolutely delighted. Sharing chalet Belvedere with a group of 12 family and friends, the communication and advice prior to arrival was excellent, our welcome was warm and friendly, the accommodation clean and comfortable.
As a non skier, I found the regular free buses around the local area a great bonus, these made exploring the various resorts easy and cost free.
The highlight of the holiday had to be the staff: Sam, Callum and Mia. They were full of tips, help, advice and good temper.
They produced outstanding breakfasts, cakes and 5 course evening meals for us, all while happily chatting away and answering our queries re pistes and recipes!
I can and will highly recommend this holiday experience.
Well done all and thank you.

A great week with Chalet Chardons

A great week with Chalet Chardons. Amazing food - well done Cody! Lovely hosts. A great effort by all the team! Another couple on our table do 6-8 weeks every year with them. Good value for money. Chalet a short flat walk to the lift. Comfortable roomy bedroom. Sauna and hot tub, not that we used them but others did.

Google their name and BBC for the news article

Disgusting behaviour that they won't refund a party of 20 their money back due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Unethical and clearly do not care about their customers.
Avoid this company unless you too wish to become another one of their statistics.

Dishonest and immoral

IT consultant Alex Hilton and his wife Jenny had planned a skiing holiday in France with university friends they had stayed in touch with over many years.
Last July, they made a booking for 20 people, with Chardons Ltd, to stay at the Chalet Amelia in Val D'Isere this April.
The total cost of the chalet alone came to £17,000 .
The coronavirus lockdown means they cannot go. But they have been told that they are not entitled to a refund or rebooking on the chalet.
This is immoral and dishonest. Claim on your insurance they say, but it won't be covered because Coronavirus is likely to be a 'force majeure' event. Until this family and others like them have been refunded the money they lost though no fault of their own. do not use this company. Their behaviour and excuses are not acceptable.

Lovely chalet with friendly staff.

We stayed as a large group in the chalet at the start of March (before the close down) and the organisation from booking was good.

The chalet was well presented with rooms set out well, nice seating areas with space for different groups to fork or everyone to come together. The staff provided a great level of service and the chalet was in a reasonable location (although you had to use the bubble lift to get anywhere to ski or snowboard).

Only suggestions are that the food could be improved a bit, the hot tub only worked intermittently so we could only use for 3 days and a great addition for chalets in Le Brevieres would be to offer lifts to Les Boisses say at 9am and again at 12.30pm/1pm with half day skiers picked up and a pick up at 4.30pm - this would be particularly great for learners as they could practice for free at Les Boisses or even get the free bus to Le Lac and practice for free on the green slopes. We would have happily paid €5-10 a day each for this and would encourage us to stay again (rather than paying €60 each for the bubble lift just to Les Boisses for the free slope!).
