Chancellors - Bicester Avis 

Zsofia has been very prompt and helpful with the renting process, as well as very transparent with any questions I have had. She has made it a much more positive experience than I have had previously with other agencies.

I rented out a house in Bicester through Chancellors and cancelled the contract because of the poor service provided. The issues included: not paying me rent on two occasions without warning causing overdraft fees, not informing the tenants of the rent increase so that they were in arrears, repeatedly not replying to communications from me in a timely manner, ignoring messages from the tenants, not passing on quotes from contractors in a timely manner, not passing on invoices from contractors in a timely manner, entering the property to do inspections without giving the tenants notice, having to repeat property inspections because photos weren't saved. The tenants said they would only renew if Chancellors were not involved. This was in January 2018.

It's now June 2025 and they continue to email and call me. I have repeatedly told them to delete my contact information. I would never deal with them again. If they were the only letting agency serving Bicester, then I would sell my Bicester house.

Disgusting premices for 1750 £ a month everything is not fit for purpose.
I don't know how they can rent a premises of such low low quality for that price.
Something is severely wrong with Chancellors.
Don't buy through them they just think about profits not tennants.
