Worst Estate agency
I have nothing but bad things to say about this company as a whole, we left our tenancy early and they was very unprofessional as they didn't have a key to view the property we was leaving and expected us the tenants to have it after we had given our keys back to our landlord and as we had a agreement with our landlord after leaving the property, they continually failed to keep us updated when a new tenant was found. I would absolutely never use this companies service again.

Francesca went above and beyond after waiting a long time
Francesca Deacon was absolutely fantastic and if it was on her service alone then I would give a 5 out of 5. But unfortunately we had a couple of problems that needed fixing and it took a long time to get them fixed and we had to chase them a few times. Once francesca was flagged up to the situation she had it fixed within a matter of days and the only reasons it wasn't done within 24 hours was because of the weekend and our availability. She ensured that I knew I could go back to her if it wasn't done and that she would chase it.

I can’t rate Chancellors highly enough
I can’t rate Chancellors highly enough. Rhys & Alistair were so helpful every step of the way. We purchased a house with them, but wish we had also used them to sell our property. They were far more helpful than the ones we used!! Will recommend to everyone I know.

Absolutely brilliant service from start…
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Alistair Millar and his team were in constant contact via weekly market updates which were extremely useful and telephone calls.
Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them if ever I need to move in the future.

Quick and excellent service
We rent a house from Chancellors almost 3 years now and recently we had water leaking from the boiler on Sunday night so we had to call emergency service to sort this out. Obviously it has been reported to the agency.
Following day in the morning I got a phone call from Amy Farquhar who started working on this case straight away and everything has been sorted in 2 days!
I am very happy with the very quick and excellent service what Amy provided to us.
We really appreciate it!
