Chancellors - Camberley Avis 

Answered all our questions professionally.

Had an awful experience with camberley chancellors, had a viewing booked which was unfortunately cancelled as the seller was unwell, but no one responded to my request to rebook.
Then when I did call to rebook a viewing for that day, I was promised a call back within 10 minutes to confirm and heard nothing despite me calling twice. Very unprofessional and I am thankful I didn’t have to deal with them when buying a property.

Danielle was great with updates and when we met with her to discuss the possibility of selling through chancellors she was well prepared and very professional, And although we didn’t use chancellors to sell we are buying through them and so far they have been good.

Alfie was fantastic in showing us round the property we were looking to buy, giving us his knowledge of the property but also allowing us the time and space to explore the property ourselves. He also provided great support post viewings when we were looking to get place an offer consistently keeping me updated.

Talking to Alfie earlier it was clear he was not only professional and polite but it was clear he was interested in helping in what ever way he could.

Having spoken to many people across a number of different estate agencies and similar business's I can confidently say this is not the norm.

Unfortunately from my experience there are far too many people who are rude and abrupt.
Because of the reasons above and Alfie’s proactive attitude I am keen to continue communicating with him during my home buying process.

Alfie just understood my requirements and position and he was able to reassure me that he had the perfect property for me, which he did.
There was no hard sell, just honesty and integrity - Alfie made me feel so comfortable and promised me I would confidently like and love the property he had recommended to me……he was 150% right. It was love at first sight!

I received most of the information I needed before viewing the property and some more detailed when I viewed it. Dexter, the agent, has been competent and professional.
