Chancellors always provide a professional and informative service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

Liberty at Chancellors has produced a very attractive looking brochure very promptly. She responded quickly to a minor requested change and has maintained close contact.

The young lady that was assisting me, was very patient, courteous and polite. She went through questions and answers with me slowly and respectfully. It was a pleasant experience. She is a good admin staff called Rebecca. Chancellors are lucky to have her. Not sure which branch she was in.

Melissa in the admin team was very helpful with our property advert and made sure it went online correctly. Cannot fault our experience with Chancellors so far!

Chancellors Property Management is a NIGHTMARE. I don’t know how they even agreed to represent this swamp that I live in. 7 months after moving into this place, I’m still asking for things to be fixed and being asked SILLY questions so that things aren’t fixed. The manager and landlord don’t follow up on anything. I don’t know why they don’t just come themselves to inspect the place. Also, clearly this landlord lives on another planet because he thinks this dump of his is still in good condition and doesn’t want to get anything fixed. But of course the rent must be fully paid every month. What abuse!

I made an email enquiry and they called back within minutes to make an appointment and take appropriate details.

In general I have been very dissatisfied with Chancellors over the years. Frequently changing contact points, poor management of issues from tenants, not seeming to have me in mind when handling these problems, however my recent experience with Ilyas Mamoun was excellent.

I live overseas, so managing things can be stressful. Recently I received a letter from a utilities company that had been handed over to a debt collector. This was for an unpaid gas bill that had not been paid by the current tenant.

I called both the debt collector and the utility company to explain that this was a mistake to send to me and I got nowhere with either of them.

I spoke to Ilyas who had initially dealt with this when the letter was received at Chancellors HQ and he told me that he would personally speak to the utility company.

He called me back very promptly and said that the utility company was going to rectify the bill and address it to the tenant and also call-off the debt collector.

This was all managed very quickly by Ilyas.
