As first time buyers and in this current climate, house hunting can be very daunting, however, our experience with Chancellor’s couldn’t have been more reassuring!

We met Richard at our last viewing and I could not recommend him enough. He was professional whilst also being approachable, incredibly helpful and immediately put us at ease from the word go. He guided us through the whole process from viewing to our offer being accepted.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Chancellor's Estate Agents in Chesham. I was looked after brilliantly by Richard Kindred, who guided me through this (quite nerve wracking) experience with great skill, care and compassion.

I had previously had my house on the market (during the pandemic) with Brown & Merry, and couldn't have had a worse, more disorganised, ordeal. So, I was nervous at embarking on trying to sell my house again. But, with Chancellors I didn't need to worry - their service has been second to none. They have communicated brilliantly and in a timely and honest fashion, whilst giving solid advice.

They organised an open house for me - and, on the day there were 17 pre-booked viewings, which resulted in 6 offers above asking price. Within two days, I accepted an offer of nearly £10k above the asking price. I could not be happier.

From the beginning of the process, Richard, and those supporting him (including the wonderful William Thompson, their photographer), treated me with respect, consideration, understanding ... and their communication was rapid and first class.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I wholeheartedly recommend Richard Kindred and the Chancellors team to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property.

James is very personable, easy to relate to, and really listens to what you say and need. I had the same conversation with him as with many different estate agents and he digested every point and took onboard all the things I required to tick my boxes. (which wasn't easy) I was grateful he did not waste my time with phone calls and emails of hundreds of properties that was unsuitable which other companies have done.
James did not rush us when viewing and felt like he was open and honest, he has been professional and very helpful throughout the whole process and would recommend friends and family to ask for him if needing assistance.
