Consistently great service from Robert Schaverien
Robert was tremendously dedicated and persistent during a long process trying to communicate with a very uncooperative buyer of my property. He was patient giving me lots or regular updates, and constantly worked to contact a potential buyer who simply didn't respond to phone calls and letters. He was helpful and empathetic when there were very few buyers available for our property because of its poor condition. He alerted me to issues with the empty property that he was visiting to show buyers round and went beyond the call of duty. Also making calls on his days off when it would avoid delays. Tremendously personable, efficient. knowledgeable and dependable.

Going the extra mile …
The flat proved unexpectedly difficult to sell with 2 buyers withdrawing but Lloyd was indefatigable. Communication was excellent - he really went the extra mile.

Knowledgeable professional & supportive
I initially enquired with Chancellors about a property in N.London but was a bit reticent as this was to be my first rental property, but my estate agent (Shari) supported me all the way from my initial enquiry thru to me making the final decision, & thanks to her knowledge of the market & advice allowed me to make the correct decision at the correct time without feeling pressured to do so.
