Harry Evangeli was absolutely superb in providing us with estate agent services. I am the Landlord of a property in London and Harry helped me to market and rent my property. He always answered my calls promptly and in one case when I had panicked over a situation, he even used his excellent interpersonal skills to help calm me down. I would recommend him with no hesitation at all. He is a world class estate agent.

Harry Evangeli visited our flat to conduct a property inspection. To begin with, he was smart, professional and polite, even stopping to ask if he should take his shoes off while inside. By the end, I think we'd become friends! He was able to carry out his work quickly and efficiently while also maintaining a pleasant chat about everything from sport to the diverse cultures of North and East London. We've had good experiences with everyone we've met from Chancellors during our tenancy, and Harry continued that trend - and then some.

My property inspection went really great. Harry Evangeli was really nice and respectful. He explained the whole inspection process to me and answered my questions.
He also took note of any issues I have to get them resolved.
Overall I'm really happy with the whole process.
