Ian Newton (Hampstead office) was very proactive in dealing with various queries, various documents required and communication between solicitors, mortgage lenders/brokers, EAs in the chain, buyers and sellers. He went beyond his responsibilities and is very efficient and fast in dealing with issues and delays (which were outside his control).

So the whole process including their regular interim updates on the sale progress as well as local market data met my expectation and convinced me to drop the other estate agents in the multi-agency mix and just focus on Chancellors. I am satisfied with the outcome although I would have much preferred a sale transaction at a price tag closer to my asking price.
