What was all the fuss about?
It was my first time renting a property, so I have no comparison to make. The experience I had was somewhat confusing for me, as there was more to it than I first thought. However, the staff were always on hand to guide me through the various stages of application and communicated with me in a friendly and helpful manner. My main worry was the fact that I am not I T. Savvy and the application process did cause me some anxiety as it was all done on line.... as a self confessed Luddite, I would have preferred to have experienced a face to face process.
Jane at Hay on Wye was one of my main POC, and she was a constant source of reassurance for me when the technology became too much.
I now look back on my experience and wonder what all the fuss was about.

Highly Recommended
I received detailed advice and information from Mary Rose all of the way through the sales process and Mary Rose and her colleagues were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was able to agree a plan for the sale and accepted an offer within a couple of months. I will definitely use Chancellors again when it comes to selling a house.

I phoned Chancellors about a rental…
I phoned Chancellors about a rental property, I spoke with Jane who was incredibly friendly and helpful. As we were relocating the property was a 3hr drive away so Jane offered to do a video call at the property. Jane called at 3.30pm the same day, the most efficient person I’ve dealt with when looking for a property. We then arranged for a visit at the weekend as it looked ideal. After all the checks we are now living in the property, it couldn’t have gone any more smoothly thanks to Jane and Chancellors.
