The cottage was lovely as was the garden, but on reflection I don’t think it was suitable for me and my concern was of the proximity of the neighbouring properties.

Ellen is friendly, approachable and engaging. From a previous viewing she got back to us the same day (a Saturday) with answers to various questions.

I found the Brecon office of chancellors very professional. The team helped me from the onset to tailor to my needs and find me an appropriate apartment, got me a viewing there and then and within a short time had my offer accepted.

A well organized and efficiently conducted viewing
Tara was very helpful to us when we first came into the office, noting our needs and matching these to housing stock on her books.
E-mail follow up was very quick and she was able to arrange a viewing to our preferred property within 24 hours.
The viewing itself was conducted professionally with Tara exhibiting good knowledge of the property and its facilities

We visited Chancellors in the morning…
We visited Chancellors in the morning and dealt with Tara who took our details and showed us some properties for sale. We were staying in the area for a few days only, but Tara very efficiently organised a viewing for us on the same day. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We got delayed whilst attempting to find the property we were viewing, but Tara and her colleague were very understanding and gave us further directions. Tara explained in detail about the property and the area and did not rush us at all. She also offered to send details of further properties which maybe of interest to us.

Efficient, friendly and very helpful
Tara has shown my partner and I around a few properties and has been brilliant. She listens to what we are looking for and has shown us a great range of properties, always asking questions about what we are looking for, and suggesting other properties that might fit our criteria. She is friendly, personable and very informative. Communication is always efficient and we’ve found it very easy to arrange viewings with her.
