A Swift and Efficient Service Experience
Yesterday I was assisted by a wonderful consultant in High Wycombe - Arushah Shahid. She was patient and empathetic with me, I’m a wheelchair user and it was a struggle to get an accessible transport for the viewing that I had travelled almost 3hrs to get to High Wycombe for, even though I had missed the time we scheduled for the appointment, she was still flexible and was quick to empathise, reschedule the time of meet even after my phone died along the way. She was honestly brilliant. Even though the day I had was horrendous due to transport, Arushah made it worthwhile as I was still able to complete the viewing! Although I haven’t found a property to rent yet, thank you Chancellors for the swift and efficient service, it was truly above and beyond*
