Outstanding service and wonderful estate agents!
The correspondence I have had with Chancellors Highgate has been excellent; their agents are proactively communicative, and all information provided has been thorough and sent promptly. Jordan, the agent who showed my family and I around a property recently, is brilliant; he is professional, was well-informed about all aspects of the property, and was so warm and easy to talk to. I have had many dealings with estate agents in my search for the perfect home, but Jordan stands out as the most approachable and friendly. I'm very grateful to him, and the team at Chancellors Highgate, for their help and support.

The Consultant Jordan was enthusiastic, patient and extremely helpful. He had local info about the 2 premises he showed to us, betraying having made effort to get to know the history of the buildings and areas. He was also on time and courteous.

I was most impressed by the agent who I met on the day, Jordan. He met me warmly and took time to show the property with a clear sense of enthusiasm.
Prior to that, phone conversations with the branch were conducted very professionally and were good natured.
