So far so good. Andy at Kington branch has been great, sorted our viewing straight away, very professional and explained the process to us. We’ve had an offer accepted which we are thrilled about so looking forward to moving in due course. Really helpful, and contactable, now been passed to another team who have already been in touch and are helping us through the next stages. Overall very impressed!

I wished to downsize. When I talked to chancellors they informed me I could not view another property unless mine was on the market. Within three days my home was sold (STC) The property I wished to view was then sold. I feel I have been discriminated against as an older person and encouraged to sell without anywhere else to go. This is not good practice and very unprofessional.
