Was very fast and efficient and getting all my details down and get in the manager to call me back. Aisha is a credit to the company snd I would strongly recommend her,Unfortunately I’m still waiting for the manager to post the terms of business to to me after more than a week.

I would highly recommend their service…
I would highly recommend their service when you are trying to sell your property. We had originally gone with another agency, who struggled to attract any interest over a 5 week period.
Jack and Rachel were really helpful and professional during the process, constantly communicating with us, they made us feel looked after, given the previous experience we’ve had.
It was fast and efficient listing of the property, they looked after all viewings and feedback.
We received an offer after being on a market for only 2-3 weeks.
We cannot thank them enough the hard work they put in to sell out flat.

Fantastic Letting Agents Richard & Jordan

The Sales Negotiator Rachael Ogundiran…really great and supportive. She's been helpful organising appointment times to suit our travelling difficulties.
The Sales Negotiator Rachael Ogundiran has been very helpful giving us all the information necessary on the phone, and also making appointments to viewing the property that we were interested in. We live 230 miles away from Watford. She went out of the way to prepare a video of the property for us, which I personally think it was amazing service and great work by her too.

Very good service
I'm very happy with the service I received so far. They were friendly and helpful. They patiently answered my questions as much as they could. The communication was great because I got reminders before every appointment. Also emails and phone calls to make sure there are no delays in the buying process.
The only drawback was before every viewing you had to give confirmation at least 3 times. Once when you make the appointment, then another on the phone when they ring 2/3 days before and then they send a text for you to confirm again on the day. If you don't respond to the text because you think they know already you'll get another phone call. I understand why they do it but it get's a bit much.
