A good service
Francesca has always been ready to deal with whatever has come up with the new tenants. She is polite and understanding of the situation with the house.

First class advertising and referencing of new tenants
After searching for many weeks for reliable tenants, I was approached by Chancellors to take over my rental property. At first I was sceptical but after 4 weeks Chancellors have found some excellent new tenants and completed thorough reference checks. After commissions, I am receiving the same target price I wanted. At all times I have been well informed of progress and I could not be happier with the high quality of service I have received to date.

GDPR and ICO should investigate…
This company in my opinion is collecting data from callers to properties “to good to be true” for sale. When people such as myself call in it’s unavailable. Only to collect as mush details to hold on their call-out centre.
Case and point:

Spoken to Owen yet the arrogance of duping the public seems of greater benefit then to do the right thing and remove it off their site…
Hoping that #GDPR and #ICO gets in touch with the motivation for these stealthy actions.

Above and beyond service from Nathan
Nathan went above and beyond for our group finding a house. After a couple of unsuccessful applications he kept on pushing for us to get a house. Really helpful with house videos and booking viewings and was very polite and responsive in our communication. All round very good service and would recommend Chancellors' and Nathan's services highly. Thank you!
