Rakesh and Klaudia were both great , they kept me informed about everything every step of the way. They both supported me by answering any questions that I had and made things clear to me when I was unable to understand the process.

I was really impressed by Rakesh Jethwa’s negotiation skills. He managed to get us the asking price in selling our property. His strategies during the negotiation phase was impressive, as he leveraged his market knowledge to our advantage.

We used Chancellors as part of a multiagency agreement. Although we didn't end up selling our house via Chancellors, our interactions with Rakesh and his team were always very positive and professional.
