Very pleased with the whole selling experience. All phone calls and emails were promptly replied to which meant that we were not left wondering what was happening about a particular issue. Staff were both friendly and helpful and sympathetic to our moving situation. Review relates to both Banbury and Bracknell offices. We very much appreciated having this service there were a great many occasions where it would have been unimaginable not to have someone to help progress the dale and reach out to solicitors on both sides.

I want to praise Briar Jones from the Bracknell Progression Team for the effort and success in getting our house move through. It was, at times, very nerve wracking wondering if it would actually happen. She is to be highly commended.
