Very friendly and helpful, made the process very easy and smooth, since we had another viewing with him soon after he even offered to drive us there himself which was very kind!

Great customer service
Kaytlin Mesa booked a viewing for me. She was extremely kind and professional, going the extra mile to meet my needs when rescheduling. Met me on time at the property and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would definitely use Chancellors again after this experience.

Excellent Service
Charlotte at the Staines branch has helped my family and I to find a new home in what could only be considered a very stressful and urgent situation.

Poor homework done by this company
Poor homework done by this company - retirement age of the flat i was looking at was minimum 60 - im 57 - website by chancellors said min age. 55 years - meaning my viewing was a complete waste of my time!! No apology recieved either - not impressed.

Great communication. Very helpful.
We've been having a pleasant experience with Chancellors (Staines-upon-Thames) from the start. Charlotte showed us around for our viewing and was patient and willing in answering any questions we had. She has continued to do so and has been very helpful both over the phone and over email. Most importantly, she has also been friendly which has made communication in a process that can sometimes be confusing that much easier. It's been nice to feel like we can count on the person on the other end of the line, it takes the pressure off significantly.

Very impressed with the professional…
Very impressed with the professional service given by Chancellors in Staines.
Emma and Curtis, have been exceptional. They have kept in contact regularly throughout the selling process. We are now under offer and I'm confident they will continue to keep us informed as the sale of our property progresses.
I have no hesitation in recommending this branch and in addition I wish to include the back up service offered by Paul and others at head office.
