They have staff members working for them who haven’t been trained correctly, each time you ask a question you receive various responses with days and weeks of waiting time in between,
I highly recommend to not use this branch for any services,
At the beginning they act very willing to help to hit their commission and targets for sales. Once they have you committed they then move on to the next customer.. appealing customer service skills...
