Brooke was brilliant in being proactive in alerting us to the property available and organising a viewing promptly. She was friendly and approachable without being pushy, and we will definitely be wanting to come back to her for support in moving house. Excellent service!

Lauren and the Team at Thatcham have been outstanding throughout our process, advising us and keeping in close contact to ensure what would usually be one of the most stressful life events is actually a very enjoyable experience. There communication and updates have been consistent and informative. They have all gone above and beyond but the knowledge Lauren has showcased has helped us navigate what would usually be exhausting issues and put us in contact with other professionals such as Mortgage advisors and Solicitors to ensure we got the best deal and everything went as smooth as possible. We can’t recommend Lauren and the team enough for helping guide us to our forever family home!

Great communication and liaison with my tenants by Lauren when I wanted to sell my rented property.
Then good pictures and marketing material brought in a lot of interest leading to an early offer.

Fantastic Service
I dealt with Ben at Chancellors for the sale of my property and he sold it within a week of being on the market for 10k over the asking price. Very thorough and efficient, he makes it easy to sell your property through Chancellors. I will always recommend Ben to others when looking to sell. Our second property will be going through Ben as well.
