amazing service
Louise and vassna have been amazing. So efficient and friendly. We always use chancellors and have been very impressed with the Thatcham branch.

Vassna was excellent!
Vassna was excellent, she made us feel comfortable and heard. She was well informed, explaining things we needed clarification on. We did not feel rushed or tolerated but genuine interest and care. She brought warmth to a rather chilly day, keep this up, I can see you going places.

Vassna Willcock has been so proactive…
Vassna Willcock has been so proactive since joining the Thatcham branch. She always gives regular updates on the marketing of the property. She is so friendly and easy to speak to but very professional at the same time. Hopefully she will find us the right tenant(s) soon.

Responsive and helpful
Our relationship with Chancellor's didn't get off to a great start. However, once Bradley Smith and Lauren Moorcroft took over our case, things improved dramatically. Both Bradley and Lauren were responsive, proactive and very helpful taking the time to understand the difficult situation we were in as a family.
A big "thank you" to both.

A wonderful and a lovely agent
Of all the people who have showed us a house, I would say Vassna was the best. She was very friendly and open to questions about the house. She had a thorough knowledge about the house and made us feel comfortable. Even though we didn't apply for the house as it was far, she was still in touch with us, sending suitable houses. Would surely recommend her to a frd!

Bradley's review
Bradley was very informative of the properties which we went to view, and when there were questions he did not immediately have the answer to he went away and obtained those answers for us.
He was very helpful, and was willing to work outside his hours to accommodate us when our availability didn't match his.
