Had a wonderful experience with Gareth
Had a wonderful experience with Gareth, who drove me around 3 different properties as I didn't have a car. Was also very knowledgeable about the area and notably respectful of the homes we went to view.

I have worked Hazem Roushdy for more than 10 years and have always found him helpful, knowledgeable and solution orientated. He has helped me grow my portfolio by negotiating purchase opportunities with me and he has managed my portfolio to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner whilst ensuring tenants are happy. I can't recommend Hazem enough!

Professional service and excellent communication!
We appointed Chancellors to assist with the letting and full property management of our property in Windsor and have received a 1st class professional service. The Lettings Manager, Hazem Roushdy and Property Manager, Kaitlyn Buchler are excellent to communicate with, have great knowledge of the local property market and successfully found new tenants within a week of marketing the property. They are extremely proactive when dealing with landlord & tenant queries/maintenance issues and have been very supportive. We would highly recommend their services.

Hazem has been responsive, efficient and very helpful in my dealings with him for a property.
He was knowledgeable and courteous at the viewing and transparent through the whole process. It would be a pleasure to work with him again!

Hazem is very nice
Hazem is very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. He has been a great help in my search for a new home in Windsor. All my questions were answered clearly and he also gave sound advise on what I need to do. He explained the letting process and made sure I'm informed every step of the way. His knowledge of the local area was very useful in explaining how the recommended listing's fit my search criteria. Really great listener and hard working too. I'd recommend Chancellor's and especially Hazem everyday for a search for a home in Windsor.

Disgusting and unprofessional
I had written a nice review about this company as they were prompt in getting me a viewing of the property I wanted but I came all the way to Windsor to view said property and they didn’t answer my calls or voicemails, and didn’t even have the decency to call me and cancel. Outrageous and unprofessional not to mention downright rude.
