The prospective tenants arrived over an hour late for a viewing despite advising us that they weren’t far or that they would take so long to arrive when Aroosa made calls to keep in touch with them. Not a normal situation I understand but myself and Aroosa weren’t in a rush to leave and therefore decided to wait than to re arrange. Aroosa handled the whole situation in a very calm manner throughout and then when they arrived she went on to show the property to them in a professional manner to the point that they made an offer before leaving. Aroosa was excellent. Definitely the best lettings negotiator that I have come across so far.
