Professional and friendly
We had a great experience dealing with Chancellors. Serena was very professional but also very friendly. She knew all the key information about the property and found out more info when we asked. She was very friendly and put us at ease when viewing the property which is so important as we did have other experiences with other agents where we were rushed/pressured. Overall, we enjoyed meeting Serena and dealing with her. Excellent service!

Selling with Chancellors
After a slow start, partly due to the economic situation and changes in staff at the branch. We finally got a member of staff looking after us that understood our circumstances. Although new to the position she took onboard any criticism and has developed into a first class agent. After 4 months we finally had an offer that was acceptable, and since then she has stayed in touch keeping us up to date with how things are progressing.
Viewings were always conducted professionally and on time.
No hesitation in recommending Chancellor's if you want to sell your property.

Dexter right from the start was polite and very helpful in working towards securing an offer. He kept us informed at all times and offered guidance when required. He really understood our situation and managed to find the right person we needed to put an offer in on the house.
His caring approach was much appreciated.
His telephone manner is always friendly. He was able to make the process as stress free as possible.
