Dexter was able to provide extremely knowledgable guidance around the property having researched it thoroughly in advance. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, even precariously balancing up high to investigate paint work! Nothing was too much trouble.
He even jumped up into the loft, providing light from his mobile phone to show every last corner of the property. He opportunistically and politely enquired with a current resident regarding their own knowledge and experience of the property which provided further invaluable insight and information. Dexter showed true professionalism throughout the viewing and took every opportunity to provide helpful and insightful information without any hint of pushiness or pressure. First class.

Dexter showed me and my girls round a rental property and was great. He was really friendly with my children, joking with them and making them feel comfortable with the property.
