NMN affects everyone differently depending on metabolism. While some notice changes after 3–4 weeks, research suggests the most noticeable benefits often appear between 8–12 weeks of consistent use. If you decide to give it another try, we recommend taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with water, as it’s water-soluble. Some customers also find Berocca, TMG, or B vitamins helpful, especially if there's any niacin sensitivity, as they support the NAD+ pathway and may enhance how you feel the effects. Powder doesn’t dissolve properly
Product arrived quickly. I only ordered a small pouch of the sublingual NMN to see if product suited me. I hadn’t ordered from the company before either. The pouch comes with its own handy little scoop and I decided to start with one scoop in the morning. I have been taking another brand of NMN capsules for a few weeks but although seeing some mild improvements thought sublingual powder might help absorption. The main reason I have given this product 3 stars is because it doesn’t dissolve under the tongue. So the first couple of mornings I put it straight under my tongue - whilst the scoop is small it actually holds quite a bit of the powder and getting it under the tongue is tricky. Then the powder doesn’t dissolve it seems to clump together in a ball once it gets mixed with saliva and it tastes horrible (despite their website saying it shouldn’t). So I’ve ended up swallowing most of the congealed lump which defeats the purpose of sublingual medication. I did this for a couple of days, then tried sprinkling it in a little at a time which is better but a total faff, then I ended up dissolving it with a little water and sloshing it round my mouth before swallowing but to be honest the taste has put me off so I haven’t taken it again. Glad I only ordered the small pouch. I can’t rate the effects as haven’t taken it for long enough.

Just to share, our NMN powder isn’t actually designed for sublingual use. While that’s a common assumption, research shows NMN is well absorbed through the gut—especially on an empty stomach. Most of our customers find better results by simply taking it with water or mixing it into a morning drink rather than under the tongue.

Just to explain—our free gifts need to be manually added to the cart before checkout. You’ll normally see the option to add it right before completing your purchase. Upon checking your order, it looks like the gift wasn’t added at that final step, which is why it didn’t show in your confirmation or shipment.
We made the gift optional, as not all of our customers want to receive supplements they don’t personally take. This way, you can choose the one that suits you best.

Quality isn't cheap. But Charava products are a bargain in my eyes
Out of all of the supplement companies I believe that charava are the best. The quality shines through more than other companies that I have tried. I sometimes drift to other companies thinking I might get something of equal quality for less money but it never works and I regret wasting my own time and money looking for something that actually doesn't exist. You get what you pay for with charava a top quality and effective product.
