Charava really cares about your wellbeing
Charava really wants to get to know you and look after your health. I have my spermadine on a monthly prescription. As I was going away on holiday for a fortnight they were happy to send my spermadine early, so that I didn't miss a dose. I have told some friends about spermadine and they are signing up for it from charava.

I tried NMN+1200
I tried NMN+1200, starting with just one tablet instead recommended two. On the second day, I woke up with a severe headache. Initially, I didn’t connect it to the supplement and took another tablet, but the headache worsened on the third day. It was so bad that painkillers didn’t help at all. I stopped taking the supplement for a week, and my headache was gone immediately.even at half of the recommended dose. Sadly, Charava doesn’t accept returns for opened products. Not sure if this is a quality supplement. Completely a waste of money—I cannot recommend this product or the seller.

Great Product and Excellent Customer Experience
I've been taking the NMN+1200 (NMN, Resveratrol, Pterostilbene) supplement for several months now. I find it helps me keep my focus for longer and feel more energetic in general. Would highly recommend!
Charava also offers specials quite often which makes the product very affordable.

Nothing compares the quality of Charava's product range.
Since discovering charava I've tried a few other NMN products.
Nothing compares to the quality that Charava produce.
As for the longevity claims I wouldn't know, but the energy and focus I feel throughout my day is crazy.
The benefits I feel.
-calm focus
-bags of energy
-better articulation
-more awareness
I do test dosage and for me I've found 1500mg - 2000mg perfect.
If your just starting I don't suggest such an extreme dosage, you'll be bouncing about every where, start at 500mg and increase weekly until you feel where you want to be.

Fast service, fairly priced and good quality products
I have been buying from Charava for about two years now. I regularly purchase, NMN, Resveratrol, and Fisetin and find there products cost effective and the quality to be as good as my previous well known brand supplier. I can recommend them without hesitation.
