Absolutely disastrous experience

Absolutely disastrous experience with Chargeblast.

If your business depends on fast, accurate chargeback alerts and competent support, stay far away.

From day one, the onboarding was pure chaos easily the worst onboarding I’ve ever received from any service provider. Instructions were unclear, fragmented, and often contradictory. Instead of guiding me through the setup, I found myself constantly chasing them for answers and doing all the follow-ups myself just to get basic things moving.

Their team felt inattentive, slow, and completely indifferent to the fact that there’s real work and real revenue on the line when you’re dealing with chargebacks. When you’re running a DTC operation, timing and clarity are everything and they delivered neither. Responses took forever, and when they did arrive, they were vague and unhelpful.

The entire experience felt disorganized and careless. There was zero sense of urgency, zero ownership, and no proactive communication. I constantly had the impression that they simply didn’t care.

If you value your time, your business, and your sanity run the other way. There are far better, more professional services out there.

When it works it works. But when it doesn't, it's virtually useless...

Descriptor override stopped working months ago, I reported it, it's been two months and it's still not fixed. Without descriptor override, alerts can't be reliably matched to Stripe transactions, making the alerts unactionnable (yet I must still pay for them).

The support staff didn't even know about their own descriptor override feature, it took several email exchanges to make them understand and escalate to tech. Did they really escalate? Two months yet no fix and no update, for something as essential... I have my doubts.
