Thank you for your review, Emily. However, we do not offer a promise of 20% money back to buyers in our store. To assist you further with this matter, could you please provide your order ID or email address? I have checked your name in our records but was unable to find any details. This information will help us locate your order and address your concern.

Completely wrong pattern received in jumper. I received no paperwork or receipt with order number either in the package or online which is highly irregular. I went back to the site and filled in their online message form explaining the problem over a week ago and received no reply. I’ve sent another message and an email today bad hope for a reply. It’s very odd to have absolutely no terms of trading or return address on the site. If necessary I’ll just have to report them to PayPal.

Hello Tina,
We want to say that we are extremely sorry that the product did not match your expectations, this was never our intention.
I could check that you have been now provided with full refund since you received a wrong product and we are at fault in this case, we want to ensure that this would never be repeated and we would love to serve you again but with better products and quality.
Thank you for your feedback!
Avoid!!
Ordered 2 hoodies with free joggers - never turned up even after emailing and then saying they had been dispatched. Royal Mail showed no tracking. Dispute raised with my bank.

Hello Andrea,
I understand your concern but when we checked in our records, there is no orders under your name so if you could please specify the order number or the email address with which you placed the order, we would be able to assist you better. Also, we would like to mention that we never had any such offer of free joggers, so you might have landed on the wrong site to place the review. Let us know if we can assist you in any way.
Thank you very much for your feedback!

We want to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, this was a very unexpected situation that led to the non-delivery of the order. But soon after we changed our delivery partners and the terms of delivery so now we have 100% delivery rate. We would love to serve you again with better delivery and better quality products as we try and improve with each such situation. Please let us know if we can assist you further with anything.
