I was explained in messages how to reconect my sky box, nothing was to much trouble, as i am not tec savvy i had to ask some silly questions, all answered lovely.
This company are robbing baskets, i used the £1 refundable help(a joke as they wanted another £22) so i declined. Low and behold 2 days later a £35 charge was debited from my account, I did not sign... Voir plus

Have to say this was a good service. I'm not great with tech and confusers - in this case a 43' Samsung Frame TV - but was helped through the issue by a very helpful and patient tech chap... I think was a good human no AI. Yes well pleased with the service. Actually learned some stuff too.
