Cheap BB Guns Avis 

It took very long to come. The package was ripped and the paint from the gun went in a few days. The spring broke in a week. The magazine broke so the bullets kept jamming. Wouldn't reccomened.

Good service, easy site to use, reasonable price

Sent me out a gun with 224 average fps but was advetised as 330. Ans I haven't had a reply back to any emails asking how I can get a refund.

Never answer emails and don't send out goods. Got PayPal to get money back. What a bunch of rip of gits. Avoid at all costs, there are lots of other companies selling valve bb guns.

placed an order for a gun and a week later it didn't track, so I called them and and emailed them but no-one picked up and no reply to my 2 -3 emails, luckily I ordered and paid through PayPal and opened a case where they quickly responded only after I opened a case and at that point they replied informing me that they didn't have any stock. don't order from this company unless you pay by PayPal

Very good when ordered and was quick arrival

Item was not as described. Company failed to communicate in any way to resolve issue. Had to progress the matter through PayPal after which company offered me less than 50% of my money back. Eventually received full refund - minus any postage (additional £14) costs. Very disappointed and company still advertising item incorrectly. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

A mix up over delivery, but once sorted everything fine. Would use again.

Warning - save yourself the money and frustration of dealing with this 'company'.

We were sent the wrong item which was a gift. Unresponsive Customer Support eventually replied "the terms and conditions do state that they can be variations in the colouration or design in all our models". Suggested they review their Terms and Conditions as well as product descriptions carefully - as this is nowhere stated and customers have a consumer right to receive items as described.

Their suggested fix was to send some cheap ammo we couldn't use and a link to some printable targets we didn't want. Oh and a partial refund of £45.00. Urm no thanks, would prefer the £130 item we paid for. Seems that was too much to ask. How about paying return postage and sending the correct item we ordered like any other half decent business?

All in all, an extremely infuriating experience and I guess the big fat clue staring us in the face was in the name.

Aside from the point - the free pistol included with every order over £40 was nowhere to be seen and after being unable to come to a satisfactory solution - we cut our losses.

Something fishy about all the unrealistic positive reviews perhaps...?

STAY AWAY do some research and find a trustworthy business to deal with. Expensive lesson learned.

The BB gun arrived missing the rear sight. I had only purchased this model here as there was supposed to be a free pistol sent as well, otherwise I had found it cheaper elsewhere. Free gift pistol never arrived. Didn't receive any response to emails sent to the seller. Will not buy here again.

Ordered 11 days ago now and it still hasn't arrived

I bought the "Spring Taurus PT92 Spring Kit With Card Target", really good price for how much you get in the box and received within 7 days despite the bank holiday. Well pleased, thank you.

Ordered item that hasn’t arrived. No address details or contact details.Emails sent to sales promised a response within 48 hours. My order hasn’t arrived within the seven days as promised. I’ll write this off and reorder elsewhere. Please note avoid this company at all costs please read earlier reviews who have received the same outcome such as myself. I do hope that those reading these will take note of my experience and put there trust in a more trustworthy company. It’s pointless the company replying to this review you can’t even reply to your emails!
