Cheaper Online Avis 

Ordered a bin screen (which was around £15 cheaper than the same one on Amazon). The communication was fab and personalised touches such as introducing himself on order confirmation was nice. Arrived today by Royal Mail and within 10 mins I’d had it out of the box and up all by myself

Avoid!!! I sent my items back well over a month ago and they are refusing to refund me even though proof of postage has been provided. This company is clearly a scam.

Excellent company ordered something off then they sent the product on time and the courier never delivered it to our address he delivered it some where else, I got straight in touch with cheaper online and they were brilliant looked into it and replaced my product for me and sent it with completely different better courier firm, very good service from start to finish on this occasion the company was good it was the courier that failed..

Purchased an item,looked nothing like the images used on website. Poor customer service,refused to pay for return charges,which for a heavy item,was a considerable amount.

My package was mishandled by the courier, resulting in a delivery failure and a lack of communication. After a week, I reached out to Cheaper Online to inquire about the status, and they resolved the issue promptly. They placed a reorder within an hour, which was soon dispatched. Their communication was outstanding, and their customer service was exceptional. I highly endorse this company and look forward to purchasing from them again.

Absolutely fantastic service. My tree broke so I contacted them. Wanted a replacement but had sold out (as had everyone else) so arranged for spares to be sent to try and repair. Good outcome to a rubbish situation.

Beware, this company’s product descriptions are misleading and refuse to replace or pay for return.
Argue when discrepancies are pointed out to them.
Won’t ever by from them again.

Quick delivery, but poor packaging resulting in damaged products. No reply from company when I reached out for support.

Easy online purchase. Fast delivery. Item received, but also received an email request from the provider for a review of product 5hrs later. It's shelving that needs to be assembled... Hold off asking for reviews for products until consumer has chance to actually use them.

Courier damaged my order in transit and was unable to deliver, but didn't communicate with anyone. After a week I contacted Cheaper Online to find out what was happening and they immediately sorted it out. Reordered within an hour, on its way shortly thereafter. Communication was brilliant and customer service second to none. Highly recommend this company, will definitely buy from them again.

So first order went AWOL waited nearly 2 weeks I did complain and was happy to receive the order within 3 days. Wasn't happy having to wait 2 weeks but was happy with the quick delivery second time

Ist time ordering of this website,seen item on the range website but it was more expensive than their site. Happy with the bench only assembled last night so not used yet but 1st impressions very good. Good correspondence from buyer informed about delivery and arrived on time
