I ordered prescription glasses on March 25, 2025, paid via PayPal, and never received my order. I emailed their customer service and got no response. They have no valid contact information, no tracking info, and no social media presence. Their business address is tied to other fake sites. Do NOT trust this company.

Do NOT buy from Cheapglasses123.com. Long delivery time, and cheap quality glasses. Case broke after 1 week, and they demanded $19.99 to replace. Go elsewhere, save yourself aggravation and poor quality product.

Ordered prescription safety glasses. Frames are so big that they fall off of my head. Right lens pops out far too easily. There is nothing safe about these glasses. I sent 7 emails requesting an RMA for a refund and was ignored. The only reply I got was that I could have another free pair of completely useless glasses if I just paid shipping. Finally contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charge. This company functions under several different names, including Schultz, Schultz Optical, caglasses.com, eyewearcanada.com, RXsafetyusa.com, loupedirect.com, 31dollarglasses.com and many, many more. There are multiple BBB listings for them and all have horrible ratings. AVOID!!!!!

Fraudulent dental supply house in Hendorsonville, Tennessee that goes under the name of Shultz Optical

First of all, I want to clarify that I never actually ordered from this company. I am posting as an FYI because this is a shady company that is getting remarkably sophisticated in their deception. The company has several names and websites: caglasses.com, eyewearcanada.com and US versions of these names as well. None of these sites are linked together or reference one another. That fact alone will suggest there are issues. Their websites keep getting better and their fake customer reviews are getting increasingly sophisticated to the point that it is hard to ascertain if they are real, unless you do some online detective work or know what to look for. I am not going to point out these clues as it will help them to become even better at deceiving the public. My advice is prior to ordering from them, contact their customer service via chat and online several times and it will soon become clear this is not a company you want to deal with. If they are this bad prior to receiving your money, imagine how they will be after they receive your money. I wish this was not the case as based on the photos they have a nice selection.

I should really read reviews before I order from places. I was drawn in by a good black Friday sale, but now, in mid January, they still haven't even made the glasses, and after verifying the prescription AGAIN they are now saying that they can't make the glasses. Mind you, this is AFTER almost two months, and several contacts with support where they assured me that my order would ship "next week". Whenever you talk to them, it will always ship "next week". Support is friendly, but they don't seem to be able to get anything done. I'm never doing business with this company again.

Best deal period just be patient. They were able to convert aviator sunglasses for me to clear script and even gave me clip on shades in two colors as a gift!!! All for under $100 and I am buying MORE! Everyone asks me where did I get my glasses??? So secret is cheapglasses123. I understand being blind and in a hurry--lucky I had a back up pair.

I ordered glasses on 6/8/2013. Sent an email asking when I will receive the glasses. Was told I would get an email confirmation. Never received the email, glasses just came in the mail.

Frame broke on glasses. Sent an email on 7/28/2013 stating this. They sent an email back stating – they don’t fix broken glasses after 14 days. The only thing they can do is replace the frames for $12 more dollars!!! I have never had a frame break in a less than a month’s time!!! Order #CG 20130608-1890.
