Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, they don't respond and even when they do after 3 or 4 days they'll just say it's your fault not ours. Zero professionalism. And their servers are so so slow that it takes a page of 283kb to load in 14 seconds, 14 freaking seconds.
They don't have an option to change nameservers so I can point my domain to another server, I have asked them to change it and it's 3 days and still waiting.

I have never seen such terrible and useless hosting in my life. Their customer care takes 3 days to reply, and they don’t solve any problems. The servers are so slow that websites don’t even open properly. Everything about them is pathetic—even worse, they didn’t give me the free domain they promised. Never, ever buy this hosting.

Domain + Hosting Service.
I have been using their domain + hosting service from 3-4 years and so far the experince is good. There were a few ups & down in the service throughout this period and these were resolved accordingly with the assistance of their support team.
One thing which I have been experiencing from past couple of months is that my domain name is unaccessable on various ISPs and I have to advise the customer(s) for using Google or Coudflare DNS service to access my website. Otherwise it gives the DNS Probe error while accessing the web address.
I contacted their support team for resolving this issue but they are perhaps unfamiliar about handling this error. Other than that everything else is going well so far.
